Information you provide
Trip forms prepare a message with your optional name, date, guests, pickup area and notes. Feedback can include name, date, service, rating, message and publication permission. The form code does not immediately send or store entries on the website server. Package forms may also include vehicle class, payment preference, luggage, pickup area/time, and flight number/time for airport drop-off.
Sending through WhatsApp
Preparing a message does not deliver it. After you open WhatsApp and press Send, the business receives it; your WhatsApp number/profile may be visible under that service’s settings. Messages are used to reply, prepare quotes, manage bookings or address feedback.
Reviews & permission
Reviews are not published automatically. Names and quotes appear only with customer permission and admin preparation. Permission is not selected by default. WhatsApp numbers are not displayed in reviews. Improvement suggestions go to the team, not an automatic public feed.
Browser storage
The site stores language, selected trip ideas and a weather cache in browser localStorage. This keeps preferences and reduces weather requests. Clear it using browser site-data settings; local preferences and trip selections will be removed.
External services
WhatsApp, Google Maps, photo sources and price references open external services with their own terms. Weather requests go to MET Norway for fixed Denpasar coordinates, not your GPS; the provider can receive your IP and browser Origin. Hosting infrastructure may also process access logs under its settings.
Corrections or data questions
Contact MadeGoBaliNow on WhatsApp to correct booking information, ask about messages or request removal of a previously permitted review. Identify the relevant message/review so the team can follow up.
